The 50% deposit at the time of commission is non refundable unless the commission is cancelled prior to any work is started on the program. Refunds for completed programs will only be in discussion if the program is dysfunctional, or fails to meet the basic use cases discussed with the commissioner. I will be willing to fix any errors within the program, but am not willing to add features once the final payment has been processed.
The program is considered completed once I've sent the zip and communicated that it is the final iteration.
